What are some ideas to drum up business in a photo lab?
I manage a drug store photo lab and well are sales are really down and i need to try and boost them asap. Or at least have a decent plan. Any ideas?
The easiest way is to pass out fliers and give some good discount on prints. You could try 8X10s for such and such a price and that type of thing. Unfortunately with digital cameras and computers many people just download the pictures there and never make prints. When they want to look at the pictures or show their friends they just go to my pictures and look all they want. The business in photo prints is off everywhere.
